The recipe that started it all

Crockpot Chicken Curry



Serving is 2 thighs for 5 points
Chicken Curry
10 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
1 (650 mL) jar of salsa
1 onion chppped
2 Tbsp curry powder
1/2 container of 250 g tub cream cheese
Place chicken in slower cooker
Mix salsa, onion and curry powder and pour over chicken
Cook on high 5 hours
Transfer chicken to platter, add cream cheese to slowcooker and whisk until melted, spoon over chicken

  1. Woohoo- awesome! This recipe is delish beyond- I used low fat cream cheese and like the others wonder if you could use low fat or no fat sour cream. It is a WW version of Indian Butter chicken!

    2. Drizzle with melted chocolate; stir to combine.
    3. Spread the mixture on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
